Our Story
Stoic was born inside Axialent, a global consultancy founded in the early 2000s in Silicon Valley. For two decades, Axialent partnered with companies like Google, Microsoft, and Facebook to help leaders build healthier, more effective, high-performance cultures. Their methodology transformed teams and delivered real prosperity — not only financial results, but personal fulfilment, psychological safety, and better ways of working.
The impact was powerful, but limited to those who could access executive-level coaching. A new generation of experts within Axialent saw the opportunity — and responsibility — to bring the same transformation to every leader, at every level of an organisation.
Stoic was created to scale that impact.
We took Axialent’s proven methodology, combined it with modern behavioural science and AI, and built a platform that helps leaders practice new mindsets directly in their day-to-day work. What once required years of workshops and coaching can now happen continuously, personally, and at scale.
